Information and Prices
Roseview Caravan Park is open from mid December until the end of October each year but with limited facilities December to March.
Situated on the site are toilets and showers with hot water freely available. A dedicated toilet and shower for disabled users is also situated in the purpose-built modern toilet block. A separate facility is provided for dishwashing with hot water. A launderette and drying room is available, should you need it.
There is a stream running through the park caravans and tents are separated on various levels with a special area for families with young children next to the play area should they wish!
There are many uncommon birds around, even to a pair of Golden eagles this year.
We only cater for a max of 45 units ensuring there is an ample space between caravans or tents. We also have a large covered barbecue and an open undercover room with benches, tables and an area for tenters to sit and cook should it be raining.
These facilities have earned this park the award of "Best Touring Park in Scotland, 2003" awarded by Calor Gas Scotland Ltd.

Adults £6.00 per person per night

Pitch fee £4.00
Tents with hook up: Pitch fee £4.00
Pitch fee includes hook up and TV booster (if available), own cable required.

All electrical appliances on site are operated by tokens which can be purchased at reception and are priced as follows:
Washing machine: £3.00 per wash
Tumble drier: £1.00 per token
Bunk room meters £1.00 per token
An iron and hair drier are available at 50p per use with a £5.00 deposit on each.
Milk is sold in reception and there is an ice block service available.
BUNK ROOMS (1 AND 2)
6 bunks, lots of shelving, heater, water heater, 13 amp sockets, and stainless steel sink unit and large central table. Your own cookers, utensils and sleeping bags required.

All cooking and heating paid for through meters

All prices include hot water for showers and hand basins. 20% deposit required for log cabins. £10.00 deposit required for Tents and Caravans. (If receipt required please send SAE). Log Cabins vacate by 10.00am. Pitches vacate by 11.30am. Arrivals between 1 - 6pm if possible. Please phone if you are going to be late. After 11pm it would be appreciated if noise were kept to a minimum.
